In the once bustling imaging lab, engineers are now completely absent, replaced only by silently working robots.

In the past, engineers had to travel frequently between different R&D project test sites and headquarters, which was not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also incurred a significant amount of travel expenses. Now, engineers simply need to submit a testing request in the cloud and wait for the test report without the need for physical travel.

Image testing and analysis have high requirements for photography. TINNO's Automation Technology Team (ATC) has integrated    group resources to autonomously design a composite robot with a motion accuracy of up to 1 millimeter. They have also solved     challenges such as quick downloading of firmware packages, automatic firmware flashing, and enabling Debug mode automatically. Through in-house developed computer vision algorithms, they can swiftly switch between 10 image cards, precisely control the  robot for photography, and output photos that meet industry standards.

The launch of TINNO's automated imaging lab has laid a solid foundation for subjective evaluations, debugging, and subsequent automation of in-vehicle imaging modules. It also provides endless possibilities for the development of future applications. With     continuous technological advancements and deeper applications, the imaging automation lab will play a significant role in various fields.
