TINNO Manufacturing Factory has implemented automated production lines, with an automation rate exceeding 70%. The group's "Automation Technology Committee" integrates advantages in production manufacturing, networking technology, data analytics, cloud storage, and industrial interconnectivity. By utilizing digital tools, it drives the company's automation and intelligence upgrades. Currently, more than 300 personnel across TINNO's end-to-end product lines are involved in intelligent manufacturing and automation system upgrades, continuously building advanced production and manufacturing capabilities for TINNO in the field of intelligent hardware.
Manufacturing
TINNO's self-developed AOI equipment is geared towards smartphones, tablets, smart wearables, AIoT terminal devices, and more. It uses optical inspection to replace manual inspections for issues such as missing screws, omissions or misalignment of waterproof stickers/glue seals/springs/dustproof sponges/labels, component misalignment, and improperly installed connectors, ensuring a product first pass rate of over 99%, an error detection rate of less than 1%, and zero missed detections. Currently, TINNO is continuing to increase its exploration and research in the field of automation and intelligence, dedicating more efforts to researching automated testing during R&D and quality certification stages, factory AGV automatic handling, automated assembly and testing, 3D inspection, digital twins, and other technologies. This is aimed at providing customers with high-precision, high-quality, low-cost precision fixtures for continuous and rapid service.
